WHAT IS A TENSIONED PVC?
Tensioned PVC is a great solution for both indoor and outdoor graphics. It is highly durable against even the most British of weathers and can last up to five years. Our custom printed PVC is vibrant and hardwearing that providing eye-catching graphics for branding and promotions. The material itself is a PVC coated polyester with impressive tear resistance. We print direct to this white substrate with our high-definition UV-cured inks. Traditional large-format can reach three meters high and up to 50m long, however we can produce larger than this if required. A wall-mounted aluminium or plastic frame creates the perimeter of the graphic. This is mechanically fixed to the wall with screws to ensure the tensioning is safe and secure. The outer-most edge of the PVC banner is inserted into a slim channel within the frame and capped with a finishing strip to create a neat smooth surface, tensioned to a beautiful drum-skin-like finish. The PVC is waterproof and can withstand harsh weather, perfect for outdoor graphics.
UPDATE AND REUSE
This system is wonderful for events and promotions. It is a brilliant, cost-effective solution for outdoor media campaigns because the graphics can be easily removed and replaced with a new design, keeping the outer frame and reusing for years and years. Our theatre clients and local councils often update their tension PVC graphics quarterly. Our installation teams will inspect the framework each time a new PVC is fitted to ensure if it safely secured.

TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES

Tensioned PVCThis tensioned PVC for Triumph Motorcycles measures over 50 metres. It was printed in two sections to make it easier to install. At a massive three metres high, the sheer weight of the PVC would have made it too difficult to handle. This incredibly large wall graphic was part of wider project that saw several areas of the Triumph Factory transformed with our custom printed graphics.

Tensioned PVCThis 89 metre tensioned PVC graphic stretched across the entire front fascia of the Toyota HQ in Burnaston. It was so large it was printed in 18 sections. Tensioned PVC graphics are perfect for outdoor environments such as these. This huge graphic greets visitors and staff as they approach this office and manufacturing site, located just a short distance from the A38 and A50 in Derbyshire.

Our professional installation team use a simple cherry-picker lift and can quickly and easily update these graphics every few months.
FLAMINGO LAND

Tensioned PVCThis was an exciting project with a tight deadline. Flamingo Land Resort Yorkshire – who we partner with for their large format graphics and signage – asked us to completely wrap a metal-clad warehouse for their new ride Sik. We designed a tensioned PVC graphics with a grungy UnionFlag for all four sides of this structure. This was part of a wider project with internal ACM panel graphics and custom printed flags.

Tensioned PVCWe installed several of Shell’s Hydrogen Station graphics working closely with their leading design agency in London. These eye-catching graphics explain how Shell achieved their green-credentials for hydrogen power. These tensioned PVC graphics were rolled out across three nationwide stations. We conducted full site-surveys of each site, before printing and installing alongside vinyl graphics for the storage tanks.

The Accident and Emergency department at Coventry Hospital wanted us to turn their grey-fronted facade into a seaside destination! This tensioned PVC was designed with beach-huts, sandcastles, seagulls, starfish and the beautiful deep blue sea. the pillars were also designed to be lighthouses.
