Overview
We’ve invested in our production technology and have four cutting machines on site. Our three flat-bed cutting machines include a Zund G3 3.2-metre-wide cutting bed, a smaller 2m Zund and a brand new Axyz hybrid which means we can cut, engrave and route a huge range of products and solutions, up to 50mm thick.
Routering substrates creates stunning results that become stand-alone feature pieces. Art pieces in their own right. We can also print to the surface to add extra detail. Router first and then print over the new surface to deliver incredible new effects. Why not router full sheets and use them to clad a wall for a total space transformation.

Rubber faced productsForbo is a rubbery textured material that we often use for pinboards or display boards. It’s soft, dense properties make it excellent for both printing and routering. Forbo comes in a variety of colours and can be easily customised to promote your brand.

FoamexFoamex is a great product to router. It creates great effects, especially when using different coloured sheets. Foamex comes in a variety of colours and we keep both black and white in stock. Foamex comes in different depths, and we can route up to 50mm deep. We can also router v-grooves in a variety of angles to craete a bevelled edge effect.

Autex, AllsfarOur 12mm acoustic panels are great for routering. The PET construction of the sheets allows us to great wonderful grooved and routered details that really deliver the wow factor for flat walls.
