The latest product to join our Prisma range is PrismaFLOOR Show. Made from clear PVC and polyester the image is printed in reverse to the underside of the flooring product which allows the viewer to see the show floor graphic through the substrate. The textured PVC surface is a 1mm thick barrier that protects the printed image, offering an incredibly durable finish. The smooth printed side is then backed with a double strike of white ink to add clarity and definition to the image and an extra level of protection. The thin nature of the product means it is lighter than similar, thicker products such as G-Floor and PrismaFLOOR Tough, reducing transport costs and improving ease of installation.

PrismaFLOOR Show has a clever textured surface. Made from a clear PVC and polyester, the printed image is seen through surface the which protects the printed show floor graphics from footfall and abrasion.
This new product is designed for shows, events and exhibitions. It can be applied to the floor surface with floor tape, like event carpet products. These are often for short term events that a week or two. However the thick protective layer that sits between the custom printed graphic and regular footfall impact can withstand much more than just a 3 month month campaign. We are exploring a range of adhesives that can offer up to a year of durability and a permanent floor application that could last far longer. Contact us for more details.

Bleed - Please supply artwork with 10mm bleed
Colour - Please supply your artwork in CMYK and make sure that any critical colours are set up as Pantone spot colours. Provide a CMYK equivalent for any other special colours.
File Type - We prefer print-ready PDFs but we also accept artwork files supplied as Adobe Photoshop PSD, Illustrator AI/EPS and Indesign INDD if they’re supplied with fonts and links.
Fonts - Please ‘path’ your fonts. A PDF compression won’t embed them, so we kindly ask that you create outlines (path) your fonts or send the font files with the artwork.
Links - If you are supplying artwork in a format other than a PDF, please include all linked images and font files.
Pixels Per Inch - DPI determines the resolution (detail) of the artwork. Images with a low DPI can look blurry or pixelated when they’re printed. We prefer to work with a minimum of 300dpi.
Trim - There’s no need to add trim marks because our software can detect the art-board without them. If your artwork has a cutter, label the cutter using a spot colour called ‘CutContour’.

PrismaFloor Show is a highly durable floor graphic made from PVC and Polyester. It has an impressive R10 slip rating suitable for most applications. It is remarkably lightweight in comparison to similar products thanks to its ultra-slim profile at just 1mm thick. PrismaFloor Show floor graphics are perfect for exhibitions and trade shows, marketing campaigns and other events. We print your custom floor graphic to the reverse of the clear substrate with our large format printers. The image is then seen through the PVC surface offering excellent durability.
All floor graphics must have a slip rating minimum at R9 to adhere to health and safety standards in the UK. The slip rating for floor graphics can reach a maximum value of R13. The rating information is accredited through a specialist test centre who evaluate the coefficient of friction in both wet and dry conditions. All our floor graphics range fromR9 to R13 except for our carpet products which are exempt from this regulation. Floor graphics that are applied to gradients, slopes and ramps should consider a greater slip rating. Our PrismaFloor Show floor graphics have an impressive R10 slip rating.
