Our team of Santa's helpers have been busy building Christmas
Posted on 12 December 2014
To raise awareness and support of a fantastic charity, we helped the Nottingham-based creative agency The Media Group deliver an impressive Christmas display at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Building on their bold, festive concept and creative designs we worked together to develop a striking result.
The life-size living room scene was built in only one night while the children slept, by our very own team of installation elves. They fitted the entire display which included floor vinyls, freestanding walls, a real fireplace, door, tree and Christmas stockings, which flew from the letterbox to a wall-mounted television screen.
All our large format printed materials had to be fire retardant and specially built without using permanent fixings to allow easy removal of the graphics after the festive period.
To complete the installation, we printed a suite of Santa-sized floor vinyl footprints which will be applied on Christmas Eve for the children to discover on Christmas morning.
