We were delighted to work alongside Michon Creative on the latest phase of Heidelberg UK’s office rebrand at its Customer Service Centre in Syston.
This exciting office rebrand spans three floors, encompassing offices, corridors, stairwells and wayfinding signage. The refreshed interior branding combines striking product imagery with building solutions, abstract graphic elements and carefully crafted messaging that reflects Heidelberg’s values and culture. A cohesive palette of brand colours and shapes has been applied throughout, complemented by a range of premium materials that add depth, texture and visual interest.
The project incorporated full-height fabric wall graphics, acoustic materials, glazing manifestations, graphic panels mounted to feature walls and large-format acrylic statements. Each element was carefully considered to create an environment that feels welcoming, inspiring and contemporary. The result is a cohesive, future-focused workspace that strengthens the brand experience while supporting collaboration, creativity and employee engagement.
Imagery plays a central role in the rebrand. Using our dye-sublimation and UV flatbed printing technologies, we were able to reproduce Heidelberg’s photography and abstract graphics with exceptional colour accuracy and vibrancy. The bold palette creates impactful visual features throughout the building, helping each branded space make a lasting impression.
Colours such as bright pinks and lime greens can be particularly challenging to reproduce consistently across multiple substrates. Drawing on years of specialist expertise, our production team carefully managed colour matching throughout the project, ensuring a premium and consistent finish across every material and application.
A key feature of the office rebrand project was the creation of a layered Foamex system incorporating brand shapes, imagery and dimensional lettering at varying depths. While the finished effect appears seamless, the design and production process required meticulous planning and precision engineering.
Cut-to-shape lettering was mounted using concealed locators, with some elements spanning multiple layers of Foamex. This required millimetre-perfect routing to ensure the locator holes aligned precisely through different substrate depths, maintaining accurate positioning and spacing across the entire installation.
Our studio team carefully resolved these technical challenges during the artwork and production stages, enabling a smooth and efficient installation process on site.
Several areas also required 5mm-thick graphic panels to wrap around internal corners. To ensure imagery aligned perfectly across adjoining surfaces, artwork had to be carefully adjusted to compensate for the portions of the image concealed behind intersecting panels. Through detailed planning, precise manufacturing and expert installation, every element was delivered with exceptional accuracy, creating a flawless finished result.

Acoustic materials are an excellent way to absorb sound, minimise echo, and improve the overall comfort of a workspace. Our 12mm PET acoustic panels are available in a wide range of colours and can be precision-cut into almost any shape, offering both functional and creative design possibilities.
For this office rebrand project, the panels were transformed into bespoke pinboard notice boards. Manufactured from 12mm recycled polyester, they provide an ideal surface for drawing pins, making them perfect for displaying notices, posters, and team communications. To further enhance the design, we can print branding, graphics, or messaging directly onto the panels, as well as machine-groove custom patterns and decorative details into the surface.
Our experienced installation team completed the fit-out across three floors in just four days. Working closely with the client, our project management team coordinated all method statements and risk assessments, ensuring a seamless, safe, and efficient installation with minimal disruption and a high-quality finish.
