Triaprint® consists of three layers with a cell structured core and a smooth top and bottom layer. It is an environmentally friendly alternative to the use of foam PVC, foam board and other rigid plastics. Its 100% polypropylene construction, makes it 100% recyclable along with regular yoghurt pots.
This new product is available in sheet sizes of 1220 x 2440mm with thickness options of 3.4mm and 5.7mm. White comes as standard, with other colours available on a made to order basis.
Unlike a fluted board which only offers rigidity in a single direction Triaprint® has a unique inner cell structure giving it superb rigidity in all directions not just against the flute. This gives Triaprint® an advantage in strength over a traditional fluted board. This unique cell structure with fire-retardant additive also means it is incredibly lightweight and resistant to pressure.

Recyclable plastic signage is a great alternative to foam and hard plastic boards. It’s made from 100% polypropylene, so it can be recycled along with other light plastics like yoghurt pots. This is handy if you need to regularly update POS displays or change internal and external hoardings. It means no harmful plastic ends up in landfill. Instead, it can be recycled and turned into something new.
