Derby-based graphics and signage specialist, MX Display, is celebrating a record-breaking period of revenue and growth, with its highest-ever monthly turnover in its 23-year history.
MX Display has established a strong reputation for delivering customised printed graphics, signage and display solutions for a wide range of different sectors and markets, and September saw the Derby firm work with clients from as far afield as the United States and Europe, as well as continuing to expand its diverse client portfolio throughout the UK.
The business began trading as MX Display in 1996, specialising in exhibition and display markets and, in August 2006, the firm moved to its current premises, complete with 10,000 sq. ft. production facility, based just outside the city centre.
Throughout the last 13 years, the company, which now employs more than 30 people at its Derby headquarters, has continued to diversify its client base, broaden its specialist product range and move into different sectors and markets, as well as invest in the very latest techniques and technology at its state-of-the-art in-house production facility.
Managing Director, Adrian Rushton, said: “This is an exciting time at MX and we’re delighted with our recent success; it’s amazing to see us continue to go from strength to strength.
I’m hugely proud of our people, who are absolutely key to the success of the business, and this period of growth is testament to the efforts and dedication of our teams.”
The award-winning firm has built a strong reputation with its clients and customers, and works with some of the UK’s biggest household names.
Adrian added, “We pride ourselves on providing a personal experience to all of our clients and customers, some of whom have been with us from the start, and I’d like to thank them for their loyalty and support. This recent success further cements our position as one of the UK’s leading graphics and signage specialists.”
To accommodate and support recent growth, MX Display has plans for further expansion in the coming months ahead, including adding new staffing appointments to the studio and sales teams, acquiring and investing in additional specialist print and manufacturing technology, and developing its existing Derby premises.
